Nestled in beautiful surroundings, the hotel’s grounds are delightful, featuring a charming creek out back. I appreciated the availability of the hot tub for relaxation after skiing. The on-site bar and restaurant were also nice touches. Despite an uphill walk to the gondolas, the friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast made for a pleasant stay.

Staff were super helpful and even left brekkie in our room when we arrived late. The pool table was a blast for evening chills, and the view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the river. Got a great cheap drink at the bar too!

The building's dated decor is hard to ignore—furniture was tired, and the cracked bathroom tiles didn’t inspire confidence. The lift situation is a real hassle. it barely accommodates three at a time, and on more than one occasion, it decided to take a break, leaving me to trek up to the fifth floor not exactly feeling like a star. The noise from rambunctious groups echoing down the corridor added an unwelcome vibe during my downtime, and the dining options could use some work—they felt repetitive and fell flat overall.

The food was a culinary delight with an array of breakfast and dinner options that tickled the taste buds. I indulged in sweet local pastries that made mornings magical. The staff were always on hand, making it a breeze to find a table without waiting. And don’t get me started on the easy access to nearby eateries like Emo and La Llum D'oli—perfect for those post-ski munchies!

Room cleanliness lacked consistency, with reports of dusty floors and insufficient cleaning services, leading to a less-than-tidy environment. The dining options were quite disappointing, with many guests commenting on the bland and repetitive buffet choices, which didn't seem to match the expectations of a 4-star experience.

The food was excellent. Breakfast and dinner had a great variety. Our room had a lovely balcony. The view of the stream was beautiful. We stayed 6 nights as a family.

The staff provided great service, especially at meal times. The walk to the slopes is uphill and can be tiring. Enjoyed the billiards table for some evening fun.

It was just a reliable pick for a short stay in Arinsal with fantastic value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and even arranged a late breakfast for us when we overslept. Make sure to check the lift regularly, as we heard it was a bit unreliable at times.
