A Warm Retreat for Adventurers
Nestled in beautiful surroundings, the hotel's grounds are good, with a charming creek out back. I appreciated the availability of the hot tub for relaxation after skiing. The on-site bar and restaurant were also nice touches. Despite an uphill walk to the gondolas, the friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast were good.

Location: the hotel was near to the restaurants, the gondola at Arinsal, and the ski lifts. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our guest room with balcony was. The atmosphere created was comfortable! Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would book again.

Ski vibes in Arinsal 🎿✨
Super nice team and even left brekkie in our room when we arrived late. The pool table killed it for evening chills, and the view from our balcony was fine, overlooking the river. Got a great cheap drink at the bar too!
The uphill walk to the gondola can echt be tiring after a long ski day, just saying!

It has stunning location right opposite the gondola, in a lovely area. The staff has always been excellent.

Decent rooms, good breakfast, try to get the top floors though, best views and quieter

The hotel features a charming creek nearby and has a fantastic hot tub for post-ski relaxation. I found our balcony view soothing. The games area was a hit with the family. A good blend of nature and amenities.

Overall a good stay for a ski trip. No major problems although some of the receptionists seem to be a bit more knowledgable than others! A very clean place, good breakfast and polite staff. Recommended.

In a fantastic scenic location, surrounded by mountains. Must be spectacular in winter when all covered in snow. Half-board included in daily rate, which is very good value.
Not much in the line of night entertainment/music, probably wrong season for it.

The breakfast spread is quite excellent, with options ranging from hearty hot dishes to fresh pastries. I also appreciated the spacious room, although it had multiple beds crammed in it, and the balcony gave a decent view, perfect for early-morning coffee.
The building's dated decor is hard to ignore-furniture was tired, and the cracked bathroom tiles didn't inspire confidence. It barely accommodates three at a time, and on more than one occasion, it decided to take a break, leaving me to trek up to the fifth floor not exactly feeling like a star. The noise from rambunctious groups echoing down the corridor added an unwelcome vibe during my downtime, and the dining options could use some work-they felt repetitive and fell flat overall.

For the price we paid, it was a very nice Hotel.
My bedsheets were not clean.

The food was a culinary delight with an array of breakfast and dinner options that tickled the taste buds. I indulged in sweet local pastries, made mornings magical. The staff were always on hand. And don't get me started on the easy access to nearby eateries like Emo and La Llum D'oli-perfect for those post-ski munchies!
The vibe of the hotel felt a bit off, with tired decor that could use a facelift. The bar area was chilly and had a rather unfriendly feel. Our room turned into a maze with awkward bed placements, fighting for space while dodging the loud teenage crew on our floor. A bit more charm and less chaos would go a long way!

The room featured a deep bath, perfect for relaxation after a long day, and the bathroom provided ample hot water.
Several issues cropped up , including an uncomfortably warm room temperature in the common areas like the restaurant and bar. The corridors felt stuffy, and many guests reported a lack of modern amenities, such as absent fridges in rooms and outdated decor that needs an upgrade. Room cleanliness lacked consistency, with reports of dusty floors and insufficient cleaning services, leading to a less-than-tidy environment. The dining options were quite disappointing, with many guests commenting on the bland and repetitive buffet choices, which didn't seem to match the expectations of a 4-star experience.

The staff provided great service, especially at meal times. The walk to the slopes is uphill and can be tiring. Enjoyed the billiards table for some evening fun.
